I Always go on the treadmill and i never wear shoes or socks which i dont no why and now ive got a big blister on my foot its like a bubbley thing its puffy and its got liquid inside the puff and its white and i think its cause from wearing no socks or shoes on the treadmill and since the treadmill has that material that you walk on its caused that big puffyy thingy whatever its called on my foot how do i get rid of it now it hurts when i walk when i run and everything im always leaping because it really hurts on my foot how do i get rid of it ?And now i always wear shoes and socks on the treadmill but i really want this puffy thing to get off my foot so i can get back on the treadmill and so my feet dont hurt anymore?have any of u ever had this on your feet how do you get rid of it ?
