Default 8 stone, 5 foot, and im 14 am i fat? need guide to lose weight

hey, i seriously need some help iv been tryin to lose some weight and gain some muscle but its not going the way im planning ive been out for the last 2 weeks mornings when its been sunny jumped over the fence to the park and dome some exercise in the morning at 7:00 am since its the holidays, when i have a t-shirt on i look really thin, but... when i take it off all u eva see is fat hanging over my stumake, i really need some techniques to lose some weight and gain some more muscle, i dont get picked on in school cause of my weight but i just feel weak and im getting pissed off some people kickin my chair so next time they do it i wanna gain some muscle and just hit them in the face, techniques to gain a 6-pac [muscle] am i fat btw?

you r not fat. if you want to tone up keep eating normally and start some exeercise to get your heart going.

you are not fat but if you want to gain muscle around the stomach area, sit-ups are great. if you want to tone up your arms, push-ups or weight-lifting (start small) will help. running helps to tone the muscles in your legs, again start small and add a bit every day.Remember, muscles weigh more than fat so as long as you keep eating healthy, don't worry if you gain a pound or two - it's not fat, it's the muscles you're developing.Good luck!

your young and still developing,so i,d say your pretty normal for your age.

I DO NOT give dieting advice to kids as I do not wish to be responsible for another ending up in an ED clinic. If you believe yourself to be overweight, then you go to your GP (doctor) and have them refer you to a dietician specialising in helping over weight and obese teens lose weight healthily and safely.I AM NOT going to answer that question (for reasons see above).
