8 stone, 5 foot, and im 14 am i fat? need guide to lose weight hey, i seriously need some help iv been tryin to lose some weight and gain some muscle but its not going the way im planning ive been out for the last 2 weeks mornings when its been sunny jumped over the fence to the park and dome some exercise in the morning at 7:00 am since its the holidays, when i have a t-shirt on i look really thin, but... when i take it off all u eva see is fat hanging over my stumake, i really need some techniques to lose some weight and gain some more muscle, i dont get picked on in school cause of my weight but i just feel weak and im getting pissed off some people kickin my chair so next time they do it i wanna gain some muscle and just hit them in the face, techniques to gain a 6-pac [muscle] am i fat btw?
