roe v wade is it all made up? where is that in the constitution and if it is there why cant cocaine be legalized under the same theory?

for the same reason that marijuana is not legal....the government can't put a tax on it ...if they can't profit on then they pretty much make it illegal....which is complete bullshit

If you research the case the woman, Norma McCorvey, for whom the suit was brought has since changed her mind and believes abortion is wrong. The companion case, Doe V. Bolton, was also fraught with problems, including an attempted coerced abortion.The unborn child has a totally separate DNA - the same genetic code he/she will have at the end of a natural life eighty years after conception. As for your cocaine question - I suppose that it is because it is a public health issue involving a controlled substance.

Actually before the 60's it was considered unconstitutional to be able to tell someone what they could put in their bodies, hence drug laws from before drug scheduling didn't make drugs themself illegal but like the marijuana tax act would only let people have marijuana if the had the stamp, but to get the stamp you needed the marijuana 1st.

Roe v. Wade is an example of judicial flexibility, where the court takes a very expansive view of the constitution rather than reading it literally. Usually they do this because they want a particular outcome. Why can't cocaine be legalized under the same theory? It can be. It's just that no court has done it yet.
