instead of using it sideways like other brushes, turn the brush upstraight and use the tip of the brush to do ur eyelashes. i have the same problem.

yeah, but it's kinda hard. you want to make sure you have mascara that wont clump up, because then it looks stupid. You have to open your eye fully, like really wide, and pull the mascara brush down through the lashes.

I used to put mascara on my bottom but i stopped and know i just use eyelinner it looks better then having mascara. But if you dont want to do that try bending the top part of the brush then apply as normal.

What I always do on both my bottom and my top lashes is wet them before applying a no-clump mascara (I use Lash Exact, and I find it works really well with this.) By that I don't mean make them DRIPPING wet, more just like... create a thin coating of water on every lash. Then, you can apply multiple coats of the mascara without it clumping AT ALL; it looks really natural, and people will just assume you have naturally dark, thick, and pretty eyelashes. =)This works really well on the bottom eyelashes because, as you said, if you do it ordinarily it clumps and "gets everywhere."I'm the only person I know who does this, but trust me on this- it never fails.

Tip your mascara brush to the top/tip, do each group of botton eye-lashes at the time. Hope it helps!

use the clear mascara on the bottom.another thing, open your mouth when your applying your mascara, it looks a little weird but it really help you apply it without getting it allover!
