I'm 16 and I've never dyed my hair. I used to have white blond hair but now it's faded a couple of shades to a darker blond. I have an ovalish roundish kind of face and my skin is pale with pink undertones. My hair is long and THIN. So any ideas? Should I dye my hair a lighter shade of blond, highlight, cut? I'm thinking of cutting my hair short.

I think u should go lighter as u can very well but go for a medium length hair cut rather than short
