hi i want to let my hair grow long?

ive been spiking my hair a long time but now tired of doing it and now i want it to be long andANY tips will help

just leave it and let it grow. If you get it trimmed every 3-6 weeks it will grow faster. Pretty much you just leave it alone and let it do it's own thing!

i think if you close your mouth tight and plug your nose exhale as hard as you can stand it this will fill your head with blood preasure and excite the hair and im pretty sure you will be able to feel it growing do this about every 2 hours or at least once a day when you take a dump i think this will help after it gets long enough you might want to stop so that your hair will lay down good luck and tell me how it works
