...hair. In other words cut the stash.? If you go to a job interview and the interviewer tells you the owner doesn't like facial hair is that illegal? We are not talking about a long beard, we are talking about a mustache. Short hair , with a mustache, clean and well kept.

Every business has their own dress code. You have to follow the rules.

Depends on the state you're in. If you're in an at-will or right-to-work state, the employer can basically do anything that's not covered under the EEOC.
