How to take care of your hair if you swim?

I swim routinely, (about three times a week) and I wash my hair every day. Lately, my hair has been falling out a lot and I don't know what to do about it. ):Any advice on what shampoos I could use or what I should do? (:

you can use the new head and shoulders its anti dandruff and it will really help you and if you dont like head and shoulder use clear but my advice is head and shoulders it makes your hair stronger and it will not fall glad i can help and if not sorry.i only use head and shoulders.
