Where can I get a cheap-ish Carmen Ghia wig for Halloween?

I've decided to cross-dress and go as Carmen Ghia for Halloween. I already have the black turtleneck, pants, shoes, the long chains, but I'm missing a wig. The wig is what really makes the costume distinguishable. I am in need of a fairly priced wig.
