Adobe Photoshop.You don't just find a program with clothes installed to match up on bodies, like you see on TV. Those are custom programs built with their own clothing and styles specifically.You don't need software to design outfits, unless you want to use those online publish your own clothes, like Spreadshirt.com, etc. where PhotoShop or Illustrator is the program of choice.
