I would investigate schools that specialize in web design. For example, University of Computer Technology in Tempe Arizona. DeVry also has courses in web design.
http://www.devry.edu/programs/web_gr...ut.jspConsider that web sites are far more than the simple layouts and HTML that you can build with FrontPage. ASP.NET is the .NET Framework namespace that can be used to create and manage the site. Yes, it's something that you should consider. However, there are even newer technologies being introduced that will (in several years) make ASP.NET less important. Web design for commercial sites also means a throrough knowledge of database, business practices, accounting, credit card management, order processing and much, much more. The schools I mentioned (esp. UAT) specialize in these sciences. hth
