i'm okay w/ my top it's a blue shirt w/ a white undershirt w/ a vest over it and i have on skinny jeans. The vest has a little brown in it, is it okay to wear my boots over my jeans? the boots dotn really have a heal to them, just a simple boot. HURRY I LEAVE SOON!

Don't wear the boots. Flats go with skinny jeans!

If you are wearing boots with jeans, always tuck in the jeans. It gives a nice clean silhouette to the outfit. Only untuck if your boots are looking fugly.

Yeah thats fine but i would take the vest over the shirt off. So jst the white top underneath the shirt and tahts it nothing on top. too many layers.

The boots should be fine over skinny jeans, heel or not, everyone wears ugs on them and they are def w/out heels

its cute i dont think you really need the vest though... you could do without it
