yes, they use mac's and pc's programs like photo shop illustrator graphic designpeace...

Everybody works on computers these days. Do you mean do they design on computers? Some will, some won't, some will start with sketchpads and then transfer to PC. Depends on the designer, and their personal creative tastes.
