it all really depends on who is saying it. most people usually go along with the shorter version, which would be 31 phillip lim

All are those are wrong. It's Phillip Lim 3.1. 3.1 is that particualr line of clothing offered. Other than that, its just Phillip Lim. Hope this helped.
