I would wear a white short sleeved blouse with some puffed shoulders. A silver necklace. and a black or silver bag.

you can wear a white shirt. then silver necklace, earrings, and bracelet. and i think some blue capris would look better, but the skirt still matches=]

If you had a white blouse with a white lace tanktop underneath, it would be so cute! You could totally pull off a school-girl esque outfit. ;] I know because for Halloween I was a schoolgirl and I had a white blouse with my plaid skirt and it looked adorable!
