Hair Colour And Style?

Please help!I don't have a clue what color to color my hair or what style. I have grayish-blue eyes, a high forehead and light skin (but I have really rosy cheeks) and my hair is currently a light blonde.I was thinking a messy style, side fringe, thinned out, but would that suit me?Pictures would be great!Thanks in advance :)
