The blouse has puffy sleeves and is flows away from the body. The skirt of course is very straight. I am trying to figure out if this outfit will work for a friends wedding next weekend as I don't want go out and buy something.Oh and the wedding is very casual. It's in a small town in ND where half of the wedding guest will be wearing cowboy boots and jeans.
